Receive Your Conditional Green Card
Once your I-526E is approved and a visa is available, complete consular processing or adjust status in the U.S. You and your family will receive a 2-year conditional green card.

Create Jobs & Build U.S. Residency
Your EB-5 investment supports job creation, monitored throughout this period. You are free to live, work, and travel across the U.S. with conditional permanent resident status.

Remove Conditions with I-829
File Form I-829 to prove your investment was sustained and created at least 10 full-time U.S. jobs. Once approved, you’ll receive a permanent 10-year green card.

Path to U.S. Citizenship (Optional)
After five years as a permanent resident, you can apply for U.S. citizenship, unlocking full rights and opportunities as an American citizen.

After job creation requirements are met and the required sustainment period is completed, investors may be eligible to apply for removal of conditions (I-829 process) and pursue permanent residency, subject to USCIS approval.
